Giveaway Terms & Conditions

£100 to spend at Tinker & Tallulah.

We’re giving the winner the chance to win £100 to spend at Tinker & Tallulah.

To enter, sign up to receive email marketing from Tinker & Tallulah. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Your entry is valid for the month of the competition.

A winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month.

This is a rolling monthly giveaway, with a new winner selected every month. The winner will be chosen at random and notified on the first working day of each new month.

The prize draw is brought to you (the “Entrant”) by T & T Designs Ltd 14396405 (“Tinker & Tallulah”).

ELIGIBILITY

This prize promotion is only open to permanent mainland UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of Tinker & Tallulah or anyone else connected to the prize are not permitted to enter.

Tinker & Tallulah reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry if Tinker & Tallulah reasonably considers the entry to be in breach of the terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

The competition runs on a monthly basis and only entries submitted during the designated month will be considered as valid entries.

To enter, you must submit your email address.

CHOOSING THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from the subscriber database. They must be opted-in to receive marketing at the time of drawing a winner. The result is final and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.

The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of the notification, another winner will be selected from the entries.

For promotional purposes, the winner’s first name and the initial of their surname may be published or shared by Tinker & Tallulah across marketing channels (including email, website, and social media).

Tinker & Tallulah’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw. Your statutory rights are not affected.

THE PRIZE

The winning prize consists of a £100 gift voucher to spend at Tinker & Tallulah.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

The prize is limited to £100 worth of Tinker & Tallulah gift vouchers. If the winner selects items that exceed this amount, they will need to pay the difference.

Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of accepting the giveaway prize.
Refunds and Returns: Gift Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund.
Lost: Gift Vouchers are treated as cash. We cannot replace or refund them if lost.
Expiry: Gift Vouchers expire 3 months from the date of accepting the giveaway prize. Any remaining balance cannot be redeemed after expiration.
Usage: If you do not spend the full value of your Gift Voucher in one transaction, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases, provided the voucher is still valid.

The winner bears full responsibility and liability for any personal tax implications.

PERSONAL DATA

By signing up to email and SMS marketing, the entrants understand and consent to their personal data being used as set out in the Tinker & Tallulah Privacy Policy

The entrants’ personal data will not be used by Tinker & Tallulah for any other purpose unless the entrants have provided your consent to us using your data for direct marketing, as further set out in Tinker & Tallulah’s privacy policy.

By entering you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tinker & Tallulah reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any given time.
