It’s our goal to make all our customers’ wildest lampshade dreams come true, and we hope you love your T&T treasures as much as we love creating them.

If for any reason you're not completely smitten, we’re here to help.

You’re welcome to return your lampshade to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email hello@tinkerandtallulah.co.uk to arrange a return before sending anything back to us.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs of the item and a full refund will only be issued upon receipt of the goods in a satisfactory condition. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on our bespoke designs due to the personalisation of these products.
