The best surprise ever was the two gorgeous lamb shades to add to my stunning collection from this amazing store the craftsmanship the material top of the line. I’m going to need more lamps to display as many lampshades as I can collect fell in love with them stunning it changes the whole room. I first started receiving a lot of ads for this company on social media outlets & fell in love with a collaboration lamp shade. I was adamant that I wasn’t going to pay the prices advertised because it seemed ridiculously high for lampshades, however I must have been living in a fantasy world because my goodness, lamp shades are expensive! Despite trying to find a most budget friendly alternative, nothing caught my eye and looked as quality as the shades promoted through T&T.
I did end up scrolling through IG looking for actual customer photos rather than highly stylized photos & I was impressed by what I found. What really sealed my fate was when I reached out to t&t in a direct message, they responded almost immediately. I sent Rachel pictures of my bedroom & she helped me pick between two shade designs. Having that quick & personalized response is rare these days, and you can tell that they stand behind their business & their customers.
The shades also arrived extremely quickly for being a made-to-order product that had to ship internationally from the UK to the US. The packaging was fantastic and despite minimal damage to the outer cardboard box, there was zero damage to the lampshades. I did not even have to spend time smoothing out the velvet on my shades. Install took seconds and my room was elevated immediately.
Now that I have two beautiful shades, I could not be happier with my purchase. I want my bedroom to feel personalized, cozy, and regal, and these lampshades deliver all of that and more. I’m thrilled with the service from T&T & should I ever be on the market for another statement piece, I will not hesitate to shop at T&T again.
I got my stunning lampshade and didn’t wait anywhere near as long for the delivery as originally stated. It arrived beautifully & carefully packaged with a little note from the owners and is truly one of the nicest things I own! Great to be able to order samples first to check the fabrics before committing to a shade… my order arrived exactly within the predicted time frame and is absolutely beautiful. Love the combination of fabric and fringing and my shade goes perfectly with my vintage standard lamp.

This arrived quickly and safely to Seattle, USA (19 days from ordering, for reference). It is BEAUTIFUL. The quality is impeccable (I love this type of shade but even the House of Hackney ones can be questionably glued together) and the color is so dreamy (and exactly what I expected). The folks there are also SO NICE. I would buy again in a heartbeat.
