All our products are handmade to order, therefore please allow up to 4 weeks for standard UK delivery. Please see below for delivery costs:

Please note we guarantee we will dispatch your lampshade within 4 weeks, but delivery may take slightly longer depending where in the world it is being delivered to.

We do not take any responsibility for customs and taxes in your country.

Returns & Refunds

We really hope you fall in love with your lampshade, however if for any reason you’re not 100% happy then please get in touch and we will issue a refund provided the item is returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs of the item and a full refund will only be issued upon receipt of the goods in a satisfactory condition. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on our bespoke designs due to the personalisation of these products.
